Lauren and Jeremy, the husband-and-wife duo behind Sainte Jane, have been married for over a decade. The two first met at a radio event in Athens, Georgia, in 2011, where they quickly formed a lasting friendship. In the fall of 2012, they began collaborating on songs for a new Lauren St. Jane project—an artistic partnership that soon grew into something more. What began as songwriting sessions evolved into a shared life, and within a few short years, the two were married.

 

Now based in the metro Atlanta area, Lauren and Jeremy serve as worship leaders at the Church of the Apostles alongside Mac Powell of Third Day. Their work in music and ministry is marked by a deep commitment to craftsmanship, honesty, and spiritual depth.

 

Their growing catalog reflects both personal and spiritual themes. Songs such as “Can’t Keep from Falling in Love” and “Steady” trace the contours of their marriage journey, while their 2025 Christmas release, “The Holy Not Yet,” offers a contemplative exploration of unanswered prayers and the tension of waiting.

 

The duo’s forthcoming collection of songs—including “I Will Rest,” “Near,” and “See You in a Little While”—emerged from a providential opportunity to record at Echo Mountain Studios in Asheville, North Carolina. These recordings further establish Sainte Jane’s voice, weaving together themes of hardship, faith, and the enduring hope found in Jesus.
